Really like Lisa Eldridge products, but customer service was a bit slow for me. Had an issue with my order and waited a few days to hear back. They did sort it out in the end, so wasn’t terrible, just not as quick or helpful as I’d hoped.

I ordered from lisaeldridge.com i just wasn’t expecting it to turn up so quickly.
I got the dispatch email the next day, and then the parcel arrived a couple of days after that. Everything was packed really nicely, nothing was damaged, and the tracking was just easy to follow, which I always appreciate.

Really happy with how smooth it all was and how fast the shipping ended up being. I’d definitely order again, just a great experience overall. 5 stars from me.

"Nice site, just a bit slow sometimes"
The website looks good overall, and I didn’t have much trouble finding what I was looking for. The products are laid out well, which helps, but on my phone it did feel a little slow here and there. A couple pages took longer to load than I expected, and then during checkout I found myself going back and double checking stuff just to make sure everything was right. Not a huge deal, and I did get my order placed in the end. It just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

"Really works for my sensitive skin"
I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a little nervous trying new makeup. A lot of products leave me itchy, red, or patchy by the end of the day, but the Lisa Eldridge items I ordered have been completely fine for me. I haven’t had any weird breakouts or irritation, which is a big win.

The foundation has also been really nice on my drier areas and doesn’t cling the way some others do. I found the shade options on the site easy enough to figure out, and the one I picked worked well for me. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely buy again

Maybe it’s just me, but every time I find a shade I really want, it seems to be out of stock. I do like the products, and the site is easy to use, so that part’s great. It just gets a little frustrating having to keep checking back over and over. I’d definitely be happier if restocks happened a bit faster

I was actually surprised how easy it was to find my shade. I usually guess wrong with this kind of thing, but this one looked close enough right away and somehow that means it’s probably a good match for me. Went on nice too, so I’m happy with it.

I bought a Lisa Eldridge lipstick i’m really happy with it. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I didn’t want anything fussy or high-maintenance, and this was just easy to wear. The formula feels light on the lips but not dry at all, and it lasted way longer than I expected. The colour also fades really nicely instead of going patchy or weird. I’ve tried a lot of lipsticks, and this one just feels effortless in the best way.

It’s definitely cute and I like the look of it, but for the price I expected a little more. I also wish the instructions had been clearer because I had to figure out a few things on my own. Overall, it’s nice, just maybe a bit pricey for what you get

I’ve been browsing the site a bit, usually with a cup of coffee next to me, and overall I do like the products. They look nice and the site is easy to move around. My only issue is that the ingredient lists aren’t always easy to find or understand. Some product pages explain things clearly, and then others feel like I’m digging around for info. Since my skin gets irritated easily, even from random things like fragrance or certain oils, that stuff really matters to me. It’s not a bad experience at all, I just wish the ingredients were more upfront and consistent
